I've taken the liberty of co-opting Donne as co-author of a play I have written on his life: JohnDonne, The Exstasie. I've quoted from poems, letters and sermons in an imagined dramatic context with the inevitable poetic licence; but Donne, I need hardly say, gives the play whatever quality it has.
