I announced this at the Donne Conference a couple of weeks ago, but would like to note it here for those who weren't in Baton Rouge. Cushing Memorial Library here at Texas A&M University is sponsoring a Donne symposium next month--April 6 & 7--in conjunction with an exhibition of its newly acquired Donne editions (most of which came from the library of the late I. A. Shapiro). Donne Society members Jeanne Shami, Tom Hester, Ernie Sullivan, Dennis Flynn, Ted-Larry Pebworth, Don Dickson, and Paul Parrish will all take part on the program, and we hope to be ready to unveil the first module of our digitization project--an online, concordable version of the Henry White copy of the 1633 Poems.
