Friends,
   I need help glossing the line, "Have they made Jobs Covenant, that they will not look upon a Maid; yet is he not come into thine ear?"  I understand that Donne is challenging his audience to respond to Christ.  But how is the allusion to Job working here, especially given the pronoun shift from "thou" to "they" (and back to "thou")?
