Does anyone know where the following appears:

He can bring the summer out of winter though thou have no spring. All Occasions invite His mercies and all times are his seasons.   E-mail please:  RobertsJR@missouri. edu

I can only offer what I suspect you already know.

From Donne's sermon "Preached at Pauls, upon Christmas Day" (1624): "[M]uch more hath God mercy and judgement together...he can bring thy Summer out of Winter, though thou have no Spring" (5).

You are probably looking for another moment, when Donne repeats something like this, not quite the same.

The mystery is solved. An ellipsis between "Spring" and "all occasions" corrects the quotation.
