I am a law student from Canada. I was introduced to Donne when I fell in love with a girl a year ago, until then I had never really indulged in poetry. I was wondering if there is a book or an online source that can help me understand the poems. Of course I do get a general idea when I read them, but I want a more in-depth understanding. I need a source that I can refer to understand phrases and/or concepts and ideas in the poems of Donne.
